Parents – perhaps no other choice will benefit your child and community more than to insure the youth coaches are TEACHING SKILLS. The vast majority of youth programns focus on games, leagues and outcomes. In a nutshell this is why so many kids reach middle and high school and they do not have the tools to compete. Do not confuse competition with competitive growth. They are barely related.

Youth Coaching 101

- Each coach may bring 2 players to the training (not required)
- $75.

We have been involved in youth basketball in West Michigan for 20 years. Many youth teams register for leagues and tournaments with limited preparation. If you hope to develop young players into capable and even competitive players, it is VERY IMPORTANT they learn the skills first.
These 90 minute sessions will:
- Create a practice plan for the youth coaches
- Demonstrate the drills required for these youngsters to improve
- Using the players the coaches bring, we will run a practice demonstrating PRECISELY how to teach and reinforce the skills. What an ADVANTAGE to bring this practice plan back to the full team!!
