  2. Coach Sophia Wiard is the 2024 MAC Player of the Year (U of Toledo) and one of the best players in the country (D1).  Her team beat U of M 2 years running and played in the Big Dance, beating Iowa State in the 1st round!
  3. Highlighted in Basics Mental Strength Champions clip.  Highly recommended training as players attempt to reach their potential.

NOTE:  Sophia runs Christmas Clinics Noon-400 on Dec 27 and 28 right after her privates.  MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS- these sessions are just few days away from your middle school try outs and seasons.
