- Group Training: $75. 2 meetings. (included for Spring Team players)
- Private 1 v 1 Training: $125 (sibs may attend). 2 meetings

- Step 2: Fill out the assessment, about a 20 minute exercise. Register for a Group or Private session below.
- Step 3: Our meeting is about 75 minutes long. GET READY! Improvement is often seen immediately.
