  1. U-12 Co-Ed 500-630 PM (7th grade and younger). PINCH YOURSELF – you have Sophia Wiard working with LITTLE KIDS.  You must be kidding me…. (Check out Highlight clip above)
  2. MS and HS Girls 630-800 PM.  HS Girls finish Nov 12.  MS girls go thru Dec.   
  3. Every Tues + Weds 800-900 PM – Private – Coach Sophia.  Register on Private Training page
