Parents – There is no better choice than to have youth coaches PROPERLY TEACHING SKILLS. The majority of youth programs focus on games, leagues and outcomes. In a nutshell this is why so many kids reach middle and high school and they do not have the tools to compete. Do not confuse competition with competitive growth. They are barely related.

If you hope to develop young players into competitive players, it is VERY IMPORTANT they learn the skills first.
These 90 minute sessions will:
- Create a practice plan for the coaches
- Demonstrate the drills required for these youngsters to improve
- Using the players the coaches bring, we will run a practice demonstrating how to teach and reinforce the skills. The coaches in attendance will actually be ON THE FLOOR with Coach McGannon demonstrating the precise nature of the game. What an ADVANTAGE to bring this practice plan back to the full team!!
