“If I make a bad pass to a cutting team mate who has a chance to score, I REALLY criticize myself.  Before this training, I could not get that 1 bad play of my head and it affected the rest of my game.  Now I know how many opportunities there are in soccer, and I just keep playing.  My favorite line from the mental strength training was “BE MY OWN BEST FRIEND!” I love that.  Thank you.”

I always relied on my size and speed to defend, yet I never understood why I didn’t get more playing time.  The assessment pointed out the reasons why right away.  My ability to handle mistakes and bad outcomes was terrible, it affected me in a really negative way.  My inner voice was ALWAYS negative and NEVER positive.  That has now changed.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!!  I have never played better these past few  months.  It has also helped my attitude, which was too often negative.”
