What is the Basics Mindset?
The Basics Mindset helps ANYONE develop a competitive advantage by creating a winning mindset. Having the tools to handle adversity with resilience and resolve will lead to positive outcomes. A winning mindset is as vital as well-developed technical skills.

Injuries?
“During my high school sophomore season, I broke my tibia and fibula clean through while also dislocating my ankle. The recovery was long and challenging but attacking every day with a positive mindset and leaning on others got me through it.
Once I was ready to play again, I had to trust that the months of recovery made me stronger than I had been before the injury and I could be an even better player. The mental strength work with Coach McGannon was key. ”
