SUNDAYS – Skills + Try Out Prep

• HS Boys and HS Girls begin full time Oct 20

School Try Out Dates 

1. MS BOYS (Middle School 7th/8th Grade):  GOOD LUCK!  Play in our Winter IBL beginning in December.  Info here.  
2. HS BOYS (High School 9th-12th Grade) try out the week of Nov 11
3. HS GIRLS (High School Girls 9th-12th Grade) try out the week of Nov 18
4. MS GIRLS (Middle School 7th/8th Grade) Varies by school. Typically the Monday AFTER MS Volleyball ends in January.

In addition to the Skills and Scrimmage sessions below, a Mindset session (Mental Strength Training) is highly recommended.  

NOTE:  the 100-200 PM hour on Sundays is reserved for U12 players.  Some 11-12 year olds are in 7th grade.  If you have a newcomer or modestly skilled player at that age in 7th grade, register on our IBL page here.  If your 11-12 year old is more advanced, register on this page under Middle School (MS) Prep hours.   If you are unsure, grab a private training session and we will advise you.
