- Mental Strength training is open to any athlete in any sport. Parents and coaches may attend at no cost.
- This session must be booked by 9:00 PM (or earlier) the NIGHT BEFORE the training.
- NOTE: there may be OTHER TIMES outside this 1-hour slot that may be available. Please inquire to 616 402-1600. We can likely identify another time if that is more convenient for you.
- Once booked, the mental strength assessment will be sent to you.
- Run by Coach Jim McGannon.
- Includes a second follow-up session to reinforce the tools for mental strength taught in the 1st session.
